The definition of an Empath is the following An empath is a person highly attuned to the feelings and emotions of those around them. Empaths feel what another person is feeling at a deep emotional level. Their ability to discern what others are feeling goes beyond empathy, which is defined simply as the ability to understand the feelings of others.

Empaths are so much more than the definition given to them, they are a unique, gifted and wonderful people here to help rise the collective consciousness into a state of true compassion and feeling. The issue with this is for an Empath the gift can feel humbling, kind and supportive but at other times can feel like a curse, unreal or a pain to navigate if not given the right set of tools!
